Estate Agency Sales Negotiator - Based Walderslade

Our client a large estate agency are looking for 2 sales negotiator to join their successful teams in Walderslade and Gillingham.
You will ideally have some estate agency experience, however candidates from strong telesales, recruitment, travel sales etc will also be considered.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the market leaders.

Duties:

Registering & qualifying applicants details
Booking & attending viewings
Working toward agreed sales targets
Actively promoting all services
Dealing with client enquiries
Assisting with canvassing & marketing to gain new business

5 day week to include some Saturdays, basic around 12.5k plus commission with an OTE of between 18-20k.
Must have your own vehicle.
