Administrator
The role will be responsible for providing admin support in a busy HR function, including liaison with agencies to provide temporary staff, recruitment administration including arranging interviews and writing letters to candidates, processing new starters, transfers, and leavers, checking and reconciling invoices, updating HR system, issuing work-wear, training administration, and other HR administration as required.
Experience Working in an HR department or working in an office with an HR/business administration qualification (or studying for)
Liaising and interacting with staff, managers and external suppliers
Using the telephone
Skills and Competencies Good telephone manner Numerate
Literate
