Recruitment Account Manager
Hays Education is entering a really exciting phase. As we supply staff to the public sector we have the green light to grow the company aggressively and expand teams in our existing and new locations.
We are currently looking for Account Managers to run the recruitment for several key accounts in the Kent area, the successful candidate will be based in our Maidstone office.
Our Permanent Recruitment Partnership (PRP) division was established 5 years ago and last year was the fastest growing division of Hays Education. We offer a unique bespoke service to nurseries, primary and secondary schools that sign up to an exclusive 12-month agreement covering all permanent vacancies. At present we work with many schools on an exclusive basis with an 82% renewal rate. As part of this exciting and aggressive plan we need a self-motivated business manager to join the team.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for overall client relationship management and successful delivery of each account which will ultimately lead to renewal of the account.
