Beautiful countryside, small quiet villiage about 5 miles from Edenbridge, East Grinstead and 12 miles from Tunbridge Wells.

Dining room/fourth bedroom. Downstairs WC. Large garden with lardge summer house. Own parking bay with extra parking along side garden fence/side gate.

We want to swap to 1/2 bedroom house with garden in quiet location anywhere north of Cowden considered because we need to be closer to elderly relatives.

We live in a very large house and it's just the two of us, we would like a smaller house in a village / quiet, country area.
