A busy family run country Pub & Restaurant, serving quality home cooked food, looking to continue improving the menu to achieve recognised food awards. Require someone to join our current Kitchen team capable of maintaining our good reputation whilst developing the business and themselves further. This would suit a young chef looking for their first responsible position.

The key criteria for potential candidates are;

- Rosette experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to learn quickly & eventually work unsupervised
- A passion for experimenting & using fresh, local produce
- Must have own transport due to very rural location
- Willing to work split shifts, evenings & weekends
- Valid EU visa or work permit
- Starting salary £11-12,000 dependant on experience & potential
