A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to work the Summer Season for a Establishment with a Bar and a 1 Rosette Restaurant.

The Restaurant has a stunning location in Jersey, situated on the harbour's edge just inches from a picturesque village. Set at the Western end of this spectacular crescent shaped Bay, this brand new Restaurant has terrific views of the sea, harbour, and boats. It is an amazing place to spend time with friends and enjoy fresh local cuisine.

The Ideal Chef de Partie will be able to cope with high volume, quality home cooked food, as the bar can do up to 120covers for lunch and 140 covers for dinner.

All the food is fresh produce, good home cooked bar food. You must be able to cope well under pressure.

The position offers generous wage, live in accommodation, with meals provided on duty. You must be available for the entire season.
