Sales Office Manager
This role is to manage and develop the internal sales function of a leading manufacturing firm based in West Kent ensuring the efficient and effective processing of sales orders and enquiries, while maximising the effectiveness and delivery of products to customers.
You will be responsible for compliance of the team to KPI's, improving and maintaining internal and external communications, supporting new training initiatives and leading and motivating the team.
You will have experience of running a telesales team in the past, with appropriate experience using a CRM package. You will have a positive and enthusiastic approach coupled with good management skills.
The company is offering a salary circa £25,000 plus additional benefits.
The Sales Office Manager role is commutable from Sevenoaks, Maidstone, West Malling, Tonbridge, Tumbridge Wells, Orpington, Biggin Hill and other areas in West and Mid Kent
