Garden has a plenty of seating & relaxing area & is suitable for BBQ-es.

The house is 5 minutes walking distance from gym, 10 minutes walk from shops & SAGA, 7 minutes walk from Folkestone Central railway station, 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. Bus stops are 1min away

Working/professional people only please, one month deposit is payable .

Would prefer someone who would stay a year or so but short term stay is OK too (minimum 3 months).
