we need a four bedroom house in or around margate broadstairs area. must not be on an estate. must have central heating and garden parking space driveway or garage. we have a 3 bed terraced house ( housing association ) in a lovely quiet cul de sac only two other council properties. neighbours are lovely. we have central heating double glazing front and back gardens large brick shed in back as well as a wooden shed and outside toilet! reluctant move but must have an extra bedroom as we have four children plus pets! back garden does need attention as we just havnt had the time to do it.
