I am looking for a non-smoking friendly professional to share my house I have a large double room avaliable, with own wash basin, it is currently furnished, but this could be changed if necessary. The house has just been refurbished with a new extension including new bathroom and kitchen. There is a sitting room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, shared bathroom and separate loo on the first floor with two bedrooms. The house has a good sized garden including patio with side access. The kitchen is well eqipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The house is about 10 mins walk from Canterbury East station, and 15/20 to the city center and just over 1 mile to the hospital.
