Relief second chef required for a very busy fresh food pub in West Sussex.

The pub is a well known destination in the local area for good quality fresh food and is gaining a good reputation and solid customer base. The kitchen is small but very busy and the food is of a high standard.

You will be hard working, have good standards of hygiene and food presentation and be able to work well under pressure. You will need to be able to drive to get to the pub and be organized.

The pub is offering up to £11 per hour for the right person and need to start as soon as possible, but will be able to offer at least 40 hours per week, probably more.
