Are you a Social Worker looking to work in a Children’s Mental Health Team?

A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated and highly skilled individual to work in this specialist unit which is there to support children who are suffering with a mental illness.

Our client is looking for an individual who is able to work in a multi-disciplinary team, is able to use group and individual therapy to support and treat children. You will be dealing with a variety of symptoms such as behavioural difficulties, emotional problems, psychiatric illnesses and more.

You will be a hard working individual who is dedicated to helping those children who are suffering; you will also have the ability to remain professional in all situations.

The successful candidate will hold a social work qualification and will have present registration with the General Social Care Council. It is essential that you have at least two years relevant work experience; you will also be required to apply for a CRB disclosure prior to acceptance.

This is a 28 week contract position and has a pay rate set at £22.40 per hour not including the various expenses.
