Deputy/Assistant Manager – Branded Restaurant

Applicants will need
• To be able to use initiative and make critical decisions that will impact on the daily running of the business
• Proven track record in a similar role or environment
• Excellent communication skills
• To be able to motivate others
• A passion for excellent customer service
• To be Smart and well presented
• A strong team leader who leads from the front

As the Deputy/Assistant Manager your responsibilities will include
• The smooth day to day running of this operation
• To deputise for and support the General Manager
• Recruiting, training and developing your team and building a winning team
• Managing profit and loss accounts, whilst working within company budgets and targets creating a profitable business
• Achieve exemplary performance in every skill relating to successfully running a shift.
• Rota team members for maximum customer service and efficiency.
• Adherence to company rules, procedures and standards.

Previous experience of a branded organization is preferable although not essential.
