my studio flat is on the first floor with only one floor above me rent is cheap at 57 pound a week, it has one large room for living, seprate kitchen and bathroom and hallway with fitted cuboards.
the flat is only 15min walk to city or catch buss every 12 mins.
shops and take away just on next road
