House has lovely kitchen with range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher. Conservatory and garden. Storage available in garage and attic. Shared bathroom, but there is a lock!

I have two cats, so animal lover necessary.
Broadband and cable TV, space on drive for car.

Station 5 mins in car, 10 mins on a bike, 20-25 min walk.
Bills roughly £65 (gas, elec & water) phone as per usage.

It's a nice house. Start date negotiable.
