We are seeking a dynamic General Manager or Management Couple to assist in the re-launch and transition of the existing operation to an exciting Food-Led Dining and Retail venue.

The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneur whose flair and imagination shine through with the implementation of exceptional standards and a sharp eye for detail and perfection. It is essential this person has a background running upmarket food-led venues, be it a Gastro Pub, Restaurant or Deli; a ‘Foodie’ hotspot! Good wine knowledge and cellaring experience is also required.

To be considered for the position, applicants must be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of Profit & Loss, wage cost and Labour Percentage, with a proven track record in maximising profitability.

Position is live-in / live-out
Competitive salary, negotiable dependant on experience, with an attractive bonus scheme
