Cat flap and ramp included. All weatherproofed and finished in antique oak. Easy to erect, all doors fitted and roof made. The roof drops into place as does the raised ply floor of the cathouse . Full, easy to follow instructions and screws are supplied and NO DIY skills are needed to erect this cat house & run.
