Sales Manager , My client is seeking a Kent based Sales Manager with a background in HVAC with the main focus being on the profitable growth and efficient development with the company's business growth plans . The right candidate MUST have HVAC industry experience and able to research and identify potential customers ,initiate contact with key people from prospective customers and build rapport ,gather information by listening to the customer and asking searching questions in order to identify what are the main drivers behind their refrigeration requirements and what critical restraints would hinder the fulfilment of these requirements. create presentations using MS Power Point and propose solutions to the customer,submitting tenders ,detailed cost estimates,work with the sales teams to formulate marketing strategy's etc.
