Architectural assistant part II needed immediately in Gravesend, near Dartford.  An experienced Architectural assistant is required to start a job in Gravesend, Kent.  To work on commercial projects such as hospitals and schools.

The Company  has been established for over 30 years, with  the Architects and assistants they employ having  the benefit of working closely with  other disciplines within the organisation and therefore able to produce quality low maintenance cost effective designs.

The successful candidate will  be involved in a variety of projects ranging  in size and complexity from minor adaptations and refurbishments to major new build projects. 

The company  offers a full Architectural service from inception to completion. This extends from initial feasibility stage and costings, advising on procurement under many forms of Building Contract, production of design and tendering documentation, contract administration, monitoring quality, cost and programme and agreeing Final Accounts.
