I am new to the area having spent many years abroad. I am a self employed decorator, but it is going to take me time to build a client base. In the meantime, I am prepared to offer my services to turn say a nightmare property into a dream little home, in exchange for accomodation. I will be happy to work out a contractual agreement with someone or do this in any way you feel appropriate.
I currently reside with my mother in Canterbury and whilst this is convenient, it is not necessarily ideal, as I have been independent for so long.
