Our Client is currently looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join his brigade. The property has 40 bedrooms, 4 star, one rosette (2nd rosette pending)

Applicants to this position should be experienced Pastry Chefs who are capable of running that section and enjoy the responsibility that it brings. Due to the high standards in place it is important that all applicants have worked to a 2 AA Rosette standard.
