As part of Hays Specialist Recruitment, the FTSE 250 Company, Hays Education is entering an exciting phase and looking for self motivated individuals to join our offices in Kent (Maidstone and Canterbury), to join our Ignition team.
The core of our business is public sector working in partnership with schools, playgroups, LA's and Associations, providing a comprehensive education recruitment service.
As such we have been given the green light to grow the company aggressively expanding our teams in existing and new locations.
Ignition is Hays Education's bespoke Work Related Learning Programme that is delivered to schools across the country. The programme is delivered in the manner of a fast paced, interactive training session to obtain maximum impact.
We have a team of trainers who have delivered training to thousands of students across the country.The Ignition Programme is now in its successful 2nd year of delivery to our key nominated schools throughout the UK and currently boasts a 100% rebook rate. The range of sessions is growing all the time - therefore we can tailor the programme to suit the specific needs of pupils.
Job Description:
To support the business in all areas concerning marketing and the delivery of training of the Hays Ignition programme. To actively market the full range of Ignition services and source quality leads from both key user and non-user schools with a view to deliver appropriate training for each school. To account manage existing schools and up-sell suitable services to each school. To evidence excellent organisational skills incorporating time management, administration, managing all areas of planning and training within the designated area, including organising trainers where required to deliver course material including training of trainers.
