Roving Assistant Manager – Growing Food led Concept

Locations: Sevenoaks, Tunbridge wells and Horsham

Salary: £19,000 - £20,000, Plus Profit Scheme

The Company
My client has some very popular Pub’s mostly in the North West/Wales area with some units in the South East. Within these pubs the standards are second to none as they deliver great food in a comfortable setting. All these pubs run as there own individuality being able to choose there own suppliers, create there own menus and run the unit as if this is their own business.

The Role
The business needs an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of managing this busy pub from building sales and developing new business to managing the teams both Front and Back of house. You will be required to go from unit to unit from the training period and then get based in a unit at the end of this time.

The Person
The right Assistant Manager for this position will have previous experience of managing a commercial establishment they must have a real passion for food, drinks and ales. An Assistant Manager in this operation will need to have experience of either working in a busy Pub or Restaurant where standards and customer service have been of paramount importance. People management skills are also essential but back office operations can be trained.

Personality is important very important to this company.
