Our client, a busy main car dealership within the motor trade are looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager to run their fast paced service department.
As a proactive member of the dealership\'s management team you will be required to run an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, motivating and training all staff to perform, developing and improving processes and systems as well as driving the business forward.
Your overall objective will be to increase turnover and profits to exceed set budgets. Good Attitude and presentation are essential in this role.
Experience of Kerridge would be an advantage.
Motor Trade experience is essential.
