An established well known fashion brand is looking for Managers and Assistant Managers for their Stores in Kent,Surrey,Wiltshire,West Susses and Essex.

You must be able to:
-Manage a min £400,000 p.a. store and manage 8 staff ( must have experience previously )
-Apply effective commercial skills to meet sales and cost budgets
-Recruit, develop and retain a highly motivated and sales driven team
-Ensure your store team deliver excellent customer service at all times
-Meet operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards
-Effective merchandising
-Ensure effective communication with both internal and external customers
-People/time management

You will have previous value to high street retail experience, preferably at a senior management level, and have the ambition to build a career in management.
The salary is between £15000-22000 ,depending on experience and position .
