The role is commission based and although no previous sales experience is necessary, applicants should display the following attributes:

o Enthusiasm, Self-confidence & ambition
o People skills
o Negotiation skills
o An Interest in meeting new people

Knowledge of grounds / buildings maintenance is not essential but would give applicants a head start. A car and mobile phone are essential.
