Our Kings Hill based Client requires a Head of Writer Relations to oversee their 100 home-based writers.

Main duties:
* Proof reading and quality checking writer's pieces before presentation to clients
* Giving constructive feedback and providing full support to writers
* Liaising with writers via telephone and email in various countries

The ideal candidate will have an Undergraduate degree with minimum 2:1 in one of the best UK universities, preferably Business or Business related subjects (HRM, Marketing, Management) or Finance and Economics, a Postgraduate Degree (MBA with HR, or MBA with Finance, or MSc Finance, Financial Management, or Masters in HRM). You will have experience in teaching, mentoring and/or training or experience in HR. You must have excellent research, writing, proof-reading and editing skills.

Desirable
* Some knowledge of legal studies
* Some knowledge of Humanities Studies
* Mathematics, Econometrics, SPSS. 'A' level results should be good i.e. 'A' in Math, 'A' in English, etc.
* Project management experience
* Customer care (service) experience
