Motor Trade Sales Manager required near Dartford, Kent

Mon - Fri 45 hour week + a weekend rota,

£30k basic, £45k OTE


Our client, a busy Automotive main dealer is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their team.

THE ROLE/ KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· To achieve targets set by Directors of the Company.

· Maintain and develop Truck rental and Contract Hire customer base.

· Producing quotations.

· To obtain accurate and factual information from customers to fulfill their requirements as well as the companies.

· Contract management.

· Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout sales process, effectively dealing with customer matters where necessary.

· Other reasonable duties will be instructed by the Group Managing Director.

Candidates must have:

A high standard of personal presentation

Hard working, reliable with a flexible approach Ability to work to deadlines

Excellent customer relations

Team player

SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE

Full clean drivers license, LGV license advantageous

Competent user of Microsoft packages, MS word, Excel & Outlook

Knowledge of Kerridge desirable

Must live within a 1 hour commute of the dealerships

Experience within the commercial vehicle environment, e.g. rental, sales, finance.


Previous sales experience a must, ideally within the commercial motor industry.
