The property is within 15/20 minutes walk of the mainline station.

Rooms are between £69/99 per week - £299/429 per month, paid monthly in advance.

One months deposit & one months rent are required to move in. This must be paid on the day off moving in either in cash, by bankers draft or BACS credit.

Your Deposit is protected under the new Tenancy Deposit Scheme which is mandatory in the UK.

The Tenancies are for a period of six months; however for a one of payment we will write a sub clause in the agreement/contract reducing the contract to three months. The One off charge is £30.00.

We require two references, one of them must be from your current employer and the other reference must be from your Bank (for which your bank may charge you an administration fee).

Alternatively we can do a credit check & the fee to you for this is £19.95.

Rent includes all Bills, except phone.

The Property has BT Business WiFi & Cabled Broadband to all rooms. We own two properties within Crescent Road one of the properties has a large dining area with a portable television with a freeview box.

The Property is cleaned twice a week by our cleaning lady who has worked for us for two years (Bedrooms not cleaned).
