House is located only 20 minutes walking distance from town centre, has a large living, good sized kitchen and massive garden. We are a professional couple, very laid back and tidy, and we're looking for like-minded professional/mature student to join the hosuehold.

Rent is £255 pcm excluding bills which are equally shared. Internet is already available and parking is never a problem in our street.
