It will be a rate of £110 (£130 if couples) per week to include all bills (telephone is inclusive to all landlines only-sorry!) There is broadband, TV with Sky, power shower in your ensuite, oven, hob, washer dryer and fridge freezer in the shared kitchen. The lounge and Kitchen are open plan so you can cook and watch TV - Great!


You must like dogs as I have one however he is no hassle and spends his life stuck to my side so he won’t pester you! I don’t mind if you smoke but please not in the house-it takes ages to get rid of the smell!


I’m a laid back , young, hard working female and I divide my time between the flat and London so am in and out alot! As long as you work and have a good sense of humour then we will be fine!

There is a 1 months returnable deposit to be paid upfront (this will be refundable on vacating assuming no damage or unpaid rent is owed)
