Hi,
I have a 2 bed EoT house in st pauls cray, (near to st mary cray train station).
Nice neighbours, close to schools, transport (buses/trains) and local shops.
We have a drive for 2 cars with a side entrance leading to a moderate size garden.
I am in the middle of decorating to freshen up the house. Laminate flooring in living room, hall and kitchen.
The bedroom sizes are 9x12 and 11x12,
I am willing to convert the larger bedroom into 2, 6x11 rooms if required.

I would like:
A large 2 (with diner) or 3 bed house with own garden as I have pets.
I am not worried about the condition of the property.
Ideally looking for local areas: Farnborough, Green Street Green, Crofton, Petts Wood, Bromley Common, Biggin Hill or Orpington (br6)
Considering going further south towards Westerham, Oxted, Sevenoaks, or Godstone areas. May consider other local areas.
