We are seeking a Senior Head Waiter for this 2 AA rosetted restaurant, aiming for its 3rd AA rosette. Supporting the dynamic Restaurant Manager, you will assist in the achievement of this goal.
Previous experience within a rosetted establishment, at at least supervisory level is required. You will be obsessive about service standards, passionate about good food and wine, and love working with the general public.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a happy, motivated restaurant team in a position offering career development and further training.
Accommodation is offered for this position at just under £150.00 a month and in addition to the generous starting salary, you will receive a share of the tips.
