A large hotel based near Dartford in Kent is currently looking for a commis chef to work in the main kitchen of the hotel. You will be cooking for the main restaurant in the hotel and will be generally helping the other chefs in the kitchen with prep work and learning new skills to work your way up through the ranks.

Hours are varied with a mixture of straight and split shifts, 5 out 7 days.
The ideal candidate must have NVQ 1 and 2 in Catering and have at least 1 years kitchen experience.
