I'm a 34 year old female, happy-go-lucky, non-smoking, red-wine drinking, vegetarian with 1 small, friendly, 6 year old cat.

I'm looking for someone to find a house with, or a house for me and the cat to move in to. I have a 3 year contract with work so would like something fairly long-term.

I need to be based in Whitstable ideally, can do Canterbury, or somewhere in between the two.

I can spend up to £350 per month on rent, and I need to give my current landlord notice by 28th May, moving in to new place by approx 24th June.
