Automotive Customer Appointments Service Clerk required in Maidstone, Kent

Salary £14k + bonus

Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm and a Saturday morn rota.

Duties include:

Liaising with customers on the phone to book their vehicles in

Contacting customers with updates on their vehicles

Liaising with the Service Advisors for any updates

Admin duties as required.

This is a non customer facing role, so you must have an excellent telephone manner and strong methodical approach.


Motor Trade experience is essential to be considered for this vacancy and would suit someone who is looking for that next step up the ladder from a Service Admin role.
