I have a king size double room available for two months(or maybe more) in a very convenient location.Its brilliant,trust me all the housemates are friendly and the house is always very clean.It has a double bed,two wardrobes, a big table with a chair and huge windows.the room overlooks our garden where you can have your breakfast or hand clothes to dry in the sun( we do both)

the house has a big living room with a dining table and big sofas. the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities like washing machine,toaster,microwave,oven,electric kettle etc.

and now the greatest advantage of all-- it is situated in a very quiet place and is just 5 mins walk to asda and argos and 4 mins to lidl.also the bus stop is round the corner which takes you to the city centre in 3 mins. moroever,it is just 10 mins walk to canterbury christ church university.

Let me also tell you that if you cross asda, you get to the retail business park in another 7 mins where there are loads of retail outlets like matalan,sportsdirect,mcdonalds etc.The carphone warehouse is just opposite to asda.

there are also take- aways (for fish and chips and kebabs) which are a stone 's throw from the house.

ALL THESE AT AN UNBEATABLE PRICE- 300 POUNDS ALL INCLUSIVE.(electricity,gas,water,internet etc) and in addition,you dont need to pay any deposit, which is an ICING ON THE CAKE

so guys and girls, you must be wondering why i am leaving this house after leaving for more than a year.well,i have just got a job in london and hence i have to move asap.
