I am looking for accomodation for a friend who is wanting to relocate from Yorkshire to Faversham ASAP as he is going through a divorce. He is regestered disabled so would be in receipt of housing benefit which would be paid direct to landlord. He isn't bothered whether it is a flat share, single 1 bedroom flat occupancy or as a lodger.

Can any one help please. he can supply references (charcter ones) but would have no deposit.
