Double room for rent to either single or couple (extra £15 a week) to share with one male and one female, both 26 in a nice terraced house.

Rent covers all bills, so gas, electric, council tax, water, tv licence, wireless broadband and digital tv in living room. A cleaner comes weekly for communal areas too, which is also included.

The house is 2mins from A2 and 5/10mins walk to town or the railway station. It has a drive, new double glazing and a new electric shower. Ideally we are looking for someone for at least 6months to try and make it a friendly house where we all get along rather than simply renting rooms.
