Good quality pub chef required to help assist the Head Chef in providing better than average pub food in Kent

The pub is a lovely rural pub which is often busy with regulars and visitors alike. The food is a standard pub food, but all of it is produced freshly on site and the weekly specials board uses the best seasonal produce available. The head chef needs someone to cover his days off and support on busy times.

You will be an experienced chef who knows what it tales to work with in a busy pub kitchen. You will be able to produce good quality good, consistently, be able to work under pressure and logically and be well presented.

The role offers up to £10 per hour, for the right person and although there is a mix of splits and straights there is a flat you can use during your quiet times to relax.
