You will possess excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial flair and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have bags of enthusiasm and a real commitment to exceeding all expectations in a fast moving and exciting environment.

Your responsibilities as General Manager will include:-

* Maximising profitability and managing costs
* Business forecasting
* Managing and Motivating a Team
* Staff training and performance management
* Organising and marketing promotional events
* Ensuring all legal requirements are complied with

In addition to the above, you will have a proven track record as a successful leader with outstanding management and financial skills and will have a solid background in nightclub management. Our client is looking for an ambitious, music orientated General Manager who is sales and marketing focused and has the ability to drive the business forward.
