Head of Customer Insight
The Head of Customer Insight will be responsible for forecasting, conducting various types of analysis, developing and executing various strategies and ensuring that all Analytical projects are delivered in a timely, cost effective manner and to a high standard.
The Head of Customer Insight will extract analytical insight from the customers, analyse the performance of the different marketing campaigns/sources/etc and to analyse the transactional data at account management level to assist in developing strategies to treat these accounts to improve the overall profitability of the portfolio. The candidate should have the ability to conduct segmentation, customer profiling, survival analysis to assist in developing insight and also to be able to predict current and future lifetime value of a customer. The candidate will be familiar with a variety of modeling techniques, including logistic regression (binomial and multinomial), decision trees, discriminant analysis, K-means modeling and neural networks
* Technical skills
Ability to develop models using SAS/STAT and be able to perform various data manipulation to produce Customer Insight using SAS. The successful candidate must be familiar and have firsthand experience in building behavioral score cards, loss forecasting, valuation, targeting and time series models.
Ability to provide options for quick wins and longer term advance models and quantify the benefits

* Management/leadership
Ability to lead and inspire others, both direct reports and other colleagues and be adaptable to change priorities and work with the different departments to address the business needs. Good interpersonal and influencing and skills. Must be able to present articulate and well thought-through business cases for the implementation of models to SAV senior management.
