You will be purchasing a one week floating week for Bronze weeks 44-50(November to December. Annual Maintenance fees are currently £259.
Once you purchase from us we complete the transfer document and the holiday ownership is transferred to your name.
You are welcome to view our pack of information including the initial purchase document; we bought this in 1999 for £4700.
Once you purchase you own that week forever and can enjoy an annual holiday there for forever.

You can choose to take advantage of the excellent and affordable dining facilities on site or self cater. You arrange your own flights but you own the accommodation for that one week each year forever.

You may choose to exchange your week with the management company for a week at thousands of other luxury resorts around the world for a small exchange fee. Bonus/extra weeks are also possible for additional fees.
