Our client is looking for an experienced Sous-Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferably within a 4 star establishment who is able to provide references accordingly.

You will be working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis with no split shifts. Paid overtime is additional to the basic salary.

This position is to commence from the end of May 2008.

Salary: £17k - £19k PA DOE.
