Hr Manager Business Partner North West London
We are looking for an Experienced Senior HR Manager to join a company in North London area. You will be required to work at this location as well as travel to other office locations in the London area to deliver HR support and guidance.
Purpose of Job
To champion, drive and embed HR agenda within the company and ensure its integration into the business planning process.
Hours of Work
8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday plus hours as necessary to deliver job role
Main Duties
Ensuring that the offices are efficiently and effectively resourced at all times
The development of HR Strategy for the Group in conjunction with the management team and partners
Co-ordinating and driving effectiveness of HR delivery within company.
Ensuring the HR department meets comapnies needs and are delivered in accordance with agreed service standards
Monitoring and reporting the performance of the HR department, highlighting achievement and risks at appropriate levels within the company.
Development of HR understanding and skills with business partners through training, coaching and support
Ensure HR policies and practices align with Group strategies, policies and plans and in collaboration with Central departments and business partners
Development of partnership relationships to deliver business requirements with HR
Appraisal design, training, planning , feedback, input into training planner
Liasing with Group Trainer
Counselling, disciplinaries
Keeping all up to date with employment law
Managing staffcare system, including sickness reporting, patterns, follow up with individuals
Training all people managers in employment law implications to companies management, setting targets, review
All employment relations
Succession planning
To play a key role in the appraisal process, developing and delivering appraisal training for all line managers
To visit all offices as required to establish HR needs, provide hands on training and monitor best practice as and when necessary over the course of a year.
To report on a weekly basis on HR delivery to the COO.
Any other reasonable request of the COO
Major Requirements:
1. Resourcing
Ensuring all offices are effectively resourced at all times
Developing resourcing and succession plan
Ensuring that holliday and sickness is resourced
Interviewing and assisting in developing interviewing skills within the Group
2. Business Vision
Development of HR led change propositions
Assessment of validity and viability of business proposals from HR perspective
Use of HR department to improve performance and meet business objectives
Use of HR technology (Staffcare) in assisting business to meet objectives
3. HR Strategy
Informs, develops and implements HR Strategy for the offices, aligning with Central HR Strategy
Links HR Business Strategy
Salary £40,000 - £50,000
