Position: Service Advisor

Salary: £19 000 OTE 26 000K

Working in a team of 3 Service Advisors.
The ideal Candidate
You will need to be a confident relationship builder, able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and up sell targets. You should be driven, motivated and dynamic.
Must have experience working in a car dealership in an identical role.
The position
You will be greeting customers, extensively liaising with both the customers and with the workshop to chase work in progress, keeping customers informed and gain authorisation for any additional work to be carried out.
Up selling products and services.
