This property is on the first floor/top floor there is no one above. There is quite a large communal garden and private parking area,thers is also space for parking on the road side. This property has an end balcony which is plenty big enough to place a small table and chair set, as it is on the end no one walks past. The property also has a fair size loft space and built in double walk in wardrobe in the bedroom. The living / dining rooM is quite large and the kitchen is also a fair size. There is a bus stop 20 second walk from front door which can take you straight in to Dartford town centre. Farningham train station is just a 15 min walk along main road.

We would like a 1 or 2 bedroom property idealy a house or bungalow, we will consider a flat or Maisonette but must have private garden or some outside space for own use. Property must be able to accept pets as we do have a small dog. We are not limited to any particular area and would consider almost any where especially in the South East. Also we would consider a 3 way swap if any one is interested.

The reason we want to move is we just would like a slightly larger place with a garden.
