we are urgently in need of a 2 bed property (not bothered what it is), in temp accom at moment. pref dartford/ gravesend area but will consider further out
landlord must be willing to accept housing benefit (not necessarily the full amount as we anticipate being back in work soon), must also accept children.
we are not worried about the condition of the property as we are willing to do this ourselves, just as long as it is safe for a child.
we only have access to a £600 deposit at present- we are willing to make up any difference over first/ second month if necessary
we can also move quickly probably within a week
