12.45 Post Natal aqua, bring baby in car seat or buggy to sit pool side whie you exercise - lasy there to watch babies.


Small babies (under 18months) also have exclusive use of small pool during pre natal class so baby can have a swim too!
Classes are term time only (not half term week)
