The ideal candidate will have worked in a fast paced and dedicated team within a fine dining kitchen environment, possibly a 1 or 2 AA rosette kitchen. You will definitely be a strong team player and possess good organisation/communication skills and have the desire, determination and motivation to work your way up the career ladder to the next level.
